After completing the quick coaching questionnnaire, the next step is to have our 1-1 discovery call. This is to make sure we're a good fit for coaching, and that I'm the right coach to get the results you deserve.

CUSTOM PLAN.

After the call it's my turn to get to work. I create a customised training, nutrition and lifestyle solution to get the results you want in the next 90 days, without giving up social occasions or living in the gym.

STEP 3

INSANE RESULTS.

cian. loy.

My name is Cian Loy, and I bring over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. My passion for fitness began at a young age, having participated in various sports since I was 4 years old. I spent 7 years in the army, including an overseas mission to Syria. Following my military service, I pursued formal qualifications in fitness. I graduated from Setanta College in 2023 with a Level 5 Diploma in Personal Training and Strength and Conditioning, along with a Level 6 Certificate in Fitness and Conditioning.

My primary sport is hurling, and I play senior hurling with O'Loughlin Gaels. In less than a year since I began coaching, I have successfully trained over 100 individuals both in person and online.

Working with Cian was one of best choices I’ve ever made. Ended up losing 8kg over 12 weeks which was way past my expectations thanks to a detailed and enjoyable plan throughout. Cian was a great help from the get go with the detailed program, regular check ins and advice throughout. Even after losing 8kg, I was stronger at the end through the gym work and was able to build up my cardio from 5k at the start to half marathon distance in the end in times I would never have imagined. When I first started in December 2023 with Cian, he asked me what my goals were and what I would like to focus on. He then tailored a plan that suited me. My aims were to run a 5km, increase my upper body strength to be able to do a pull up and tone overall, focusing on my glutes. Less than a month into phase one I injured my ankle and thought that would be the end of it, but Cian worked around my injury and if anything, he helped me build back up the strength in my ankle so that I could get back to working on my goal of a 5km run. I finished 20 weeks with Cian and I'm so happy with the results. I bested my first timed 5km run with him by 8 mins. I can comfortably do 4 pull ups and my body has toned significantly. Not only that, I enjoy going to the gym more than ever now and know that I can still enjoy the foods Iove while achieving results.
